Carrier & Dispatching
All orders are shipped via AusPost, DHL and/or StarTrack with Track & Trace for your reference. Priority Shipping is also offered at an additional cost (Note that Postage fee is excluded and will be calculated accordingly).
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday upon receive of full payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. If your order does not arrive after this period, please contact me immediately.
Please note that delivery to a PO Box address is not possible. Therefore a residential or business address (Some exceptions can be made for customers in remote areas) is required.
Please be advised that the shipping method is available for my Jewellery collections only. Pickup is the only method for my painting collections, thank you.
Pickup
Pickup is the only method for my painting collections. All required information (time, place, and payment methods) will be advised in the email/phone contact. You may send me an email through the contact form thank you.
Returns Policy
There is NO refund, unless it is found to be faulty or damaged goods. You are strongly advised & required to inspect the items thoroughly upon pickup.
About “Sterling Silver”
All of the jewelleries are made out Sterling Silver, meaning 92.5% part of silver and 7.5% part of mix of copper.
We use Java Obsidian stone; which is natural glass that’s made from nature, and with our talented stone-cutter from Solo (Central Java) it’s transformed into a beautiful faceted stone.
It has 3 different colors; Blue Aqua, Green (rich of emerald color), and Brown Obsidian (which is similar to Smoky Quartz color).
For the accent stone we are using small White Pearl (culture button pearl) which means its real pearl been cultivated from nature.
How To Clean
In general, all Silver does tarnish naturally (especially in humid environments).
You can use silbo silver polish to prevent the tarnish, or a Jewelry Cloth (special cloth contains anti-tarnishing agents) to protect silver, gold, and/or platinum jewellery against the dulling effects of tarnish.
Rub the surface of the jewellery with the light colored inner cloth to dislodge the dirt and apply the anti-tarnish compound to it. You may need extra polishing for any extreme-tarnished part of the jewellery, but carefully not to apply excessive pressure on damage fine or hollow items.
To bring extra shine to the jewellery, you have to apply light-polish after cleaning with the outer cloth.
Pearls are unique and a special pearl cloth is needed to regularly bring its original shine by gently wipe the pearl with it. This special cloth has soft suede-like feel of lambskin and has unique properties to help you preserve the pearl. To have your pearls inspected by jewellery professional is highly recommended.
Can I Order the Same Painting?
Unfortunately you cannot order the same painting, because my painting is exclusive to one client only. But I can create the painting with similar colour combination with deference design.
